While 72% of creative leaders estimated their team members work less than 45 hours per week, only 55% of creative leaders indicated their team was appropriately staffed when considering full-time and contingent staff.

Andy Brenits is President of the Board of Directors of InSource and Principal of Brenits Creative, a positioning and creative strategy firm that helps companies create consistent and emotional connections by blending business acumen, strategic planning, and creativity.
Before devoting his work full-time to InSource and Brenits Creative, he led creative teams at Fortune 500 brands such as Banana Republic, The Gap, National Football League, KPMG, and Arizona Public Service.
In addition to being a creative strategy consultant, Andy is also an advisor to the HOW Design Live conference who speaks and writes about creative management issues.
He has also taught brand strategy at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, most recently at Columbia University. He earned his Master’s Degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute and has a BFA in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts.
When he isn’t managing his to-do list, he’s busy cooking and taking photographs of his cactus flowers and family. He is currently working on a series of articles for HOWDesign, and serving on a new public arts council for the Town of Queen Creek where he lives with his family.
