Join us for an evening of insight and networking at the next InSource Signature Event: In-House Perspectives 2019

In-house managers are more than brilliant creatives, they are mentors, coaches, and inspiring leaders. Join us in September to hear how they do it.

In-house creative teams, and those that lead them face unique challenges that only other in-house creative professionals can understand. On September 19th join InSource in New York City as we hear in-house leaders present insightful 15-minute perspectives related to working in-house and leading, inspiring, and growing their teams.

    Ana Lucia Rosales-Boujnah
    VP, Creative Services for the Art + Object Sotheby’s

    Ana Lucia Rosales-Boujnah currently works as VP, Creative Services for the Art + Object categories within Sotheby’s in-house creative agency, focused on branding & identity; digital/traditional integrated marketing campaigns; and experiential activations.

    Prior to Sotheby’s, Ana served as Global Design Director for Tom Ford Beauty across cosmetics and fragrance, worked on large institutional branding and wayfinding programs at Two Twelve Design Associates and Calori & Vanden-Eynden Design Consultants. Ana specializes in luxury integrated campaigns, experiential design (architectural signage & wayfinding, exhibition, event design), and branded systems. Born in Lima, Peru, Ana has graphic design & finance degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and lives in New York City.

    Rena DeLevie
    Chief Compassion Officer of Management For Millennials

    Rena DeLevie is the Chief Compassion Officer of Management For Millennials, a business dedicated to replacing fear in the workplace with compassion and account¬ability.

    Ms. DeLevie combines her learnings from 20 years as an in-house creative operations leader in Fortune 500 companies, 10 years as a consultant to in-house creative departments, and 15 years as a practitioner of mindfulness and mindfulness meditation to show us the path to bring colleagues together across the departmental divides that exist in the in-house Creative sector. Clients include JPMorgan, J.Crew, Kenneth Cole, Pfizer, St.Gobain, and UBS.

    Rena is the author of Compassionate Management: How Ambitious Creatives Become Kick-Ass Leaders, and NTiP The 4-Step Formula For Not Taking It Personally. She’s also a Huffington Post columnist, and a TEDx presenter, “Using Compassion As A Business Tool.” Her empathetic and business-focused approach has led to her being given a few nicknames including, “Hippie MBA,” “COO of the Creative Process,” “The Vault,” and “How may I help you?
