Keep your brand top-of-mind within the in-house design community. Many of our members support multiple design departments throughout the world and are the main influencers at their firms when it comes to design and production-related products.

InSource members are creative executives, directors, managers and brand champions responsible for purchasing hundreds of thousands of dollars of software, hardware, printing, paper, consulting and management services annually. InSource is the go-to place for creative leaders within the in-house community.



InSource is committed to leadership excellence and effective business management for creative in-house leaders. For 10 years, InSource has focused on providing a platform to share best practices, to encourage one another in our careers, and to enhance the value our teams add to their organizations and brands. InSource offers its members relevant information online in addition to roundtable discussions and events on topics relating to real-life, in-house creative and branding challenges.


You will have the opportunity to network with InSource members and establish yourselves as experts in your field by having the opportunity to attend events and showcase your products in our sponsor areas. We have three categories under event sponsorships to fit your marketing needs:

1. Signature Underwriting Sponsor – $8,000 per event

The Signature Underwriter will be our key sponsor at a signature event (approximate attendance: 75-100 creative leaders)

  • Complimentary access for five people.
  • Present your products and offerings to the audience directly by presenting onstage, showcasing a video or new product directly to decision-makers who also manage in-house creative budgets.
  • Present your products and offerings directly over cocktails.
  • Network with key clients directly over cocktails.
  • Prominent logo placement on in-source.org.
  • Prominent logo placement throughout all advertising for event, including print and social media.
  • Prominent logo placement throughout on-site signage.

2. Signature Event Sponsorship – $1,800 each event
Complimentary access to one Signature event (approximate attendance: 75-100 creative leaders) for two people. Present your products and offerings in our sponsorship area. Network with key clients directly over cocktails. Logo on website in event sponsorship section. Logo on printed on-site signage.

3. Roundtable Event Sponsorship – $750 each event
Complimentary access to one roundtable event for one person to join these intimate discussions (approximate attendance: 15-25 creative leaders). Logo on website in sponsor section and event materials. Logo on on-site signage.


In addition to creating materials and programs especially for our membership and the in-house design community at large, InSource is partnering with other individuals and organizations who provide resources and training relevant to InSource’s constituency.

Global Partnerships – $3,500 per year

  • Logo on homepage as hot link to your website.
  • Logo on all communications: includes membership materials, print ads, and event materials.
  • 4 banner ads over 12-month period in rotation on the InSource homepage.
  • Vendor table to display your products at each event. (Roundtable and Signature Events)
  • 2 complimentary access tickets to all InSource events to hand out your products and network with your key customers.
