Andy Brenits is an experienced brand and design strategist with extensive experience building and leading creative teams for national and international brands. He builds the playgrounds that creative professionals get to play in.
An inspired creative problem-solver Andy has worked with major brands such as Banana Republic, The Gap, National Football League, KPMG, and Arizona Public Service. He has taught visual design, marketing and brand strategy, and creative development for over 10 years to undergraduate and graduate students.
Andy earned his master’s degree in design management from Pratt Institute and has a BFA in graphic design from the School of Visual Arts in New York.

Robin Colangelo is a strategic, results-oriented creative leader in developing and executing integrated brand strategies across all print and digital communication channels.
She is an in-house design leader accomplished at driving strategy and process for creative teams with a strong record in
building, managing and leading teams that deliver exceptional business results and creative solutions.
In her current role, Robin leads a global in-house creative team for White & Case, where she manages the visual identity and oversees a diverse team across 6 offices and 5 countries. Robin’s team of creative professionals; design and produce all touch points to support the Firms strategic goals: From marketing collateral, branding, digital, social media to video and animation,
they tackle it all.
Prior to joining White & Case, Robin worked on the agency side as VP, Creative Operations for Arc Marketing, a Publicis affiliate. And at Ryan Partnership, where she gained a variety of creative and production experience working on multi-media projects including; TV, radio and corporate video production, in addition to print promotions and direct mail.
Robin’s recent work has appeared in publications such as HOW, Graphis and GDUSA and was selected as one of the

After 17 years in New York, Kim relocated to Austin, Texas to join Dimensional Fund Advisors as Vice President, Creative Director, where she oversees the in-house editorial, design, interactive, video and presentations teams. For most of the past decade, Kim served as Vice President, Global Creative Director for Morgan Stanley, where she managed the brand and oversaw print, Web and animation design produced in the firm’s New York, London and Tokyo studios. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Kim worked on the agency side as an art director for the arts, biotech, finance and publishing industries. With a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, Kim started her career as a copywriter, writing television, radio and print ads. She earned a Master’s degree in Communications Design from Pratt Institute, where she later taught Psychology of Visual Perception in the Graduate Communications Design department for eight years. In 2014 Kim was selected as one of the People to Watch by GDUSA.

As an innovative marketer, Adam specializes in branding, business process reengineering (BPR), social media, and strategic design management (SDM). He has a knock for sustainability and an impressive background in event planning, of which he puts to use in volunteer efforts for a number of organizations.
Adam is the co-founder of The Fulcrum Agency, an organization helping Fortune 500 leaders build sustainable business strategies based on functional, responsible, and profitable platforms with achievable goals while empowering the long-term culture.
Adam has an advertising degree from WSU, and found his professional passion in the field of management consulting for creative professionals. Having worked with major companies such as Harley-Davidson, Washington State University, and the William Morris Agency, Adam is no stranger to working with major global influencers.

Vivian is a self-employed writer, editor, and proofreader, working primarily with pharmaceutical and medical education companies these days. She has previously worked with various nonprofit organizations as a director of development, a hospital grants administrator, and a university development officer, as well as a communications officer with The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton, New Jersey.
She received a degree in sociology from Gordon College (Wenham, Massachusetts) and a master’s degree in public administration from Baruch College, The City University of New York.
After working with a variety of international and local advertising agencies in Puerto Rico, Eileen Riestra established DYASTUDIO with the intention of creating a firm that would primarily center on design and visual communications. In 2014, Eileen established Depict Brands, the sister company of DYASTUDIO, in Boston, MA. Depict Brands focuses on branding development, and offers a wide array of design related services that cater to the American and Hispanic Market.
Ms. Riestra has a B.F.A. Degree in graphic design from The New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Eric is a marketing art director with a history in healthcare, luxury, food, fashion and travel. He has honed his advertising, branding and marketing skills at firms as diverse as Express Scripts, Movado and Condé Nast. Years of guerrilla freelancing and in-house experience have provided him with a resource of design, workflow, and best practice tools.
Eric has a degree in Illustration from Parsons School of Design. Also a fine artist, he is a painter, exhibitor and educator.
Ava is a native-born Filipino who came to New York to study design. She has more than five years of professional experience, with a solid background in branding, print and digital design. To further her education, she attended Massimo Vignelli’s Master Designer Workshop – an intensive course in graphic and typographic design, held at the Vignelli Center For Design Studies, in Rochester, New York.
She received a BFA degree in Communications Design from Pratt Institute in 2009.
Adam is Vice President/Creative Director, and Global Head of Creative Services for Morgan Stanley. He manages the New York operation and functionally oversees London, Tokyo, and off-site. The Creative Services Studio is responsible for the Firm’s print, web, and animation design for both the institutional bank and the retail business. Adam has been with Morgan Stanley since 1999.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Adam came from the studio/agency-side, which included owning his own firm from 1992-1997. In the agency days, Adam specialized in music and entertainment, CD packaging, editorial, commercial real estate, and corporate. Adam has 50 industry awards, including AIGA, TDC, Print, Graphis, SPD, etc…, he has served on the TDC Board and the ADC Membership Committee, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for his local Little League.
Adam has been an Adjunct Professor since 1992 — teaching Typography at School of Visual Arts, of which he is also a graduate. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design/Media Communication.
Conor Smith is president of The BOSS Group, a leading provider of human capital solutions for the interactive, creative and marketing professions. The BOSS Group was founded in 1987 and has seven locations throughout the United States. As president Smith is responsible for providing overall strategic direction, overseeing and developing business development and talent acquisition plans, performance management metrics, and developing and maintaining key client relationships.
Smith joined The BOSS Group in 2002 and has played an integral role in taking the organization from two to seven branches and growing revenue 675% during this timeframe. After entering UCLA to become a physician, Jeni found her true calling and received a degree from the University of California, Irvine in Theater. Her exposure to the fashion industry and stage lead her into a career that has ran the artistic gamut from commercial photography to stage design to creative direction.
Jeni is a host of blog talk radio’s, “Talk Story with Jeni”, a bi-weekly show that invites listeners into the conversations between the great design thinkers of our time. She is on the national advisory committees for InSource and AIGA Initiative. She writes articles for various industry magazines such as HOW Magazine, Communication Arts and Business Journal.
