Massimo Vignelli,  inspiration to designers, has passed away at the age of 83.

InSource is saddened to learn of the loss of our friend and supporter Massimo Vignelli who shared his insights, and examples of the power of design from his extraordinary work over the past 60 years, with in-house leaders in April of 2013.

Massimo reminded us what it means to be a professional designer stating that  “…as a designer, I’m there to do what the client needs, not what the client wants.”

Thanks for leading us, teaching us and inspiring us Massimo!  Your experiences and willingness to share will always be appreciated and never be forgotten. What a highlight in our lives to have met you!
