New member Benefit: The InSource Member Directory

403 0

To all worldwide members of InSource,

Part of the decade-long mission of InSource has always been that of connecting in-house leaders to each other to share both challenges and best practices. As I have said before, InSource as an organization is not the expert; our members are the experts in our field, and now there is an easier way to connect to your peers.

I am happy to announce today the InSource member directory.

While our premier events and regional roundtables offer great face-to-face opportunities to network and brainstorm, we hope you will use this new tool, along with our online forum, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts, to connect with other in-house leaders.

This new tool will also allow the InSource board to better identify where our members are and how best to plan where to hold our events.

To access the directory, just log into and click on the directory link in the top navigation line. Note: You must be a registered InSource member and logged in to access the directory.

To create or update your directory information, follow these simple steps..

1. Log into the InSource website

Click over to and log in using your username and password under the “login status” at the top right of the page.

If you are not a registered member, click the “register” link under the login button and follow the steps to join. Membership for InSource is free.

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Lost your Password” link and follow the steps to have your password sent to you or reset.

2. Access your profile page

Once logged into the site, the “login status” banner changes to “Membership Details,” and you will be greeted by “Welcome [your name].”

Click on the “Membership Details” link to enter your member profile page.

3. Enter or update your profile

Enter your profile information in the Name, Contact Info, and Members Lists [InSource Directory] sections of this page.

All of the information in your profile will be kept private and confidential unless you opt-in to have it displayed publicly.

4. Opt-in to the public member directory

If you would like to have the information in the Members Lists [InSource Directory] section listed in the public directory of our website, check the “Make my InSource Directory Information Public” box.

May the InSource connections continue!
