Sponsor InSource

Established as a nonprofit association InSource extends its membership primarily to in-house design department directors and managers. These directors and managers are the prime purchasers of goods and services for their departments. In aggregate they purchase annually hundreds of thousands of dollars of software, hardware, printing, paper and consulting and management services.

The mission of InSource is to support its members in their pursuit of best business and design practices for their departments through dialogue, printed resources and training. Specifically, our current initiatives include the establishment of a website with password protected message boards resource sections include articles relevant to in-house design, recommended vendors lists, quarterly roundtable events with featured speakers, and training sessions and book and article areas.

In addition to creating materials and programs especially for our membership and the in-house design community at large, InSource is partnering with other individuals and organizations who provide resources and training relevant to InSource’s constituency. Creative Business and HOW and Aquent, NOW and GDUSA publications are a few of the resource groups InSource will be partnering with.

InSource is working with sponsors to underwrite some of the costs for the initiatives outlined above. As sponsors you will not only generate goodwill with InSource’s members but with the entire in-house design community as well through recognition on our website and in InSource press releases and publications. You will also have the opportunity to establish yourselves as experts in your field by having the opportunity to present your businesses directly to our members at various functions.

Sponsorships surround events and web activities

  • Event Sponsorships (ESP)- 1 per event – $4000
    Recognition includes: Time at event to speak, logo on ads and mention in all E-mail/web communications regarding the event
  • Junior Event Sponsor (JES)- 2 per event – $1000
    Recognition includes: mention in all E-mail communications surrounding event, representation at event for networking session
  • Friends of InSource Donation- $250
    Recognition includes: mention in event E-mails only

WEB SPONSORSHIPS

  • Gold Sponsor – $3000 per year
    Recognition includes: Logo on sponsor area on site and paragraph explaining business, banner advertising in rotation (2 each 6 months) on homepage
  • Silver Sponsor – $1000 per year
    Recognition includes: Logo and paragraph on business
  • Bronze Sponsor – $750 per year
    Recognition includes: Text only in Sponsor area
  • Web Banner – $500 / 3 month rotation
    Sponsor banner will be in rotation on the InSource homepage for 3 months. Banner specifications and rotation details supplied as needed to sponsor

National Partners (NSP)

Recognition includes:

  • Quarterly Partner Spotlight on new products, information, sales tools, to be supplied by Partners, posted by InSourcewww.in-source.org
  • Logo on homepage and in Partner area. 10 banner ads over 18 month commitment in rotation on homepage. Size and specifications will be forwarded to Partners.
  • Logo on all Communications (Membership communications, relevant communications to design industry media whenever available)
  • Each Partner will have the opportunity to Host 1 national event, content to be built in conjunction with InSource. Content must align with InSource objectives. Event timing to be determined with partners.
